My professional path and my passion for sport are closely intertwined. As an entrepreneur, I have worked across a range of fields and gathered valuable experience that benefits me today in consulting for competitive sport. From project management to business consulting, I have built a broad set of skills. Sport was never just a hobby for me - it was a calling. I was on the pitch myself, first as a player and later as a coach. These experiences sharpened my understanding of what it takes to succeed in elite sport.
This is where my approach comes in: I support young sporting talents in mastering their challenges and unlocking their full potential. It's not just about physical performance, but also about the mental strength that is decisive in elite sport. The combination of entrepreneurial thinking and sporting ambition allows me to develop individual solutions with a lasting impact. It's about achieving sporting success and growing as a person. Professional Path

I was born in 1970, the eldest of four children, into a family shaped by running a butcher's shop and restaurant. After school, at 16, I completed a two-year apprenticeship as a journeyman butcher and worked in that trade for a while before being called up for military service. There, I chose a career as a commissioned officer, completed my technical Abitur, and studied business administration. After 14 years in the Bundeswehr, my path led me into self-employment as a business consultant, particularly in project management. During this time I founded several companies, including in addition 2 GmbH and later blu ERP GmbH. Despite the instructive experience of a setback, I stayed in consulting and increasingly brought in my training as a systemic coach, which still benefits my project work today. This fluid progression - from a hands-on trade, through the Bundeswehr, to business consulting and founding companies - has shaped my professional path and today provides a solid foundation for my work in coaching and consulting.
Sporting Path

Sport and music were always present in my family. I started playing football at the age of four, on my grandfather's horse paddock. From the E-Jugend (under-10s) at FC Thalmassing to my time in the Verbandsliga with NTSV Strand 08 in Schleswig-Holstein, football always played a central role in my life, even when professional commitments sometimes took priority. After my time in the Bundeswehr, I began to live out my passion as a coach. From 2010, I coached youth teams such as the U15s of SV Viktoria Weigenheim and the U19s of JFG Haidau 08, achieving promotion with the latter twice. Alongside this, I earned the DFB Elite Youth License and worked at DFB regional training centers. From 2016, I also coached men's teams, including FC Mintraching and SV Moosham, working with many talented players. In 2020, professional commitments forced me to step down as a coach, but my passion for developing talent remains as strong as ever. A further coaching qualification, such as the A License, is still something I have in mind. Regardless, supporting young talent remains close to my heart.
